Daryon Welch
Born and raised in the heart of South Louisiana, Daryon has been chasing adventure and perfecting her craft across the country since 2017. From the beaches of San Diego to the bustling streets of northern New Jersey and now here in New York, she brings a world of experience—and a whole lot of Southern charm—with her.
Her Story
Her journey in the coffee world is as rich as a perfectly pulled espresso. She’s worked everywhere from beachside cafés and specialty coffee shops to casinos and diners—and even grew up in her family’s Cajun café—always elevating every space with her expertise and passion. But coffee isn’t her only talent. Along the way, Daryon trained in culinary school, studied business, graphic design, and zoology, and even worked alongside primates at the Houston Zoo. She grew up rocking out with her mom, sipping coffee with her granny, and fishing with her dad in the Louisiana swamps, where her love for bold flavors first began.
As our General Manager (and certified jill-of-all-trades), she has curated our menu, set up all things coffee, and played a key role in bringing this shop to life. With a heart as warm as a fresh cup of joe and a soul steeped in rock and roll, her knowledge and dedication make her truly one of a kind. We can’t wait for you to experience her magic firsthand!
